LINE-X fan and Diesel Power Editor-in-Chief KC Jones is modifying a 1995 F-530 dualie dubbed Project Big White as part of a series of projects to give readers viable, cost-effective options for rejuvenating older diesel pickups. They are focused on Ford’s popular “Old Bodystyle” trucks from 1994-1998.
In addition to new wheels, tires, vinyl wrap, LED lighting and full trim accessories, the editorial crew also wanted to clean and refinish the truck bed a durable spray-on bedliner from LINE-X. The article follows the cleaning and prepping process – much of which was done by the KC and his team since a new TransferFlow 70-gallon tank/utility box would replace the worn-out custom bed box and 30-gallon tank in the bed.
